Junior Leadership Training Boy Scouts of America has launched a new leadership training curriculum that we are going to use for the Junior Leader Training scheduled for. This new program trains those kids in leadership positions how to be a good leader. In the past, we have invited all Scouts to attend the JLT, however, due to how the course is structured; only those who currently hold a leadership position are expected to attend. The course usually lasts about 6 to 7 hours.
